Kylie van Luyn brings global expertise in equitable workforce development, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership to the MCBI Advisory Board. As the Founder and Managing Director of Elevated Coaching & Consulting Global, Kylie leads a purpose-driven organisation operating across Australia, the United States, and Canada. Her work is grounded in human rights and informed by deep psychological insight, empowering individuals and organisations to build safe, inclusive and thriving workplaces.

A Harvard Business School graduate and psychotherapist, Kylie holds qualifications in human resource management, emotional intelligence coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning the non-profit and human services sectors. Her career has been defined by a commitment to DEI and dismantling systemic barriers to equal training and employment opportunities.

Kylie is a sought-after keynote speaker and has played a pivotal role in influencing policy change for workers’ rights across the US and designing training frameworks and psychosocial risk management strategies for government agencies and employers. Kylie’s work supports organisations to navigate the complexities of policy, culture, and regulation while embedding sustainable, human-centred leadership practices.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kylie is the Vice President of global nonprofit HR-4U, a mentor with Global Girls GLOW and the Women’s Federation for World Peace Australia, and a global advocate for the rights of workers and survivors of workplace abuse.

Her influence continues to shape public discourse around workplace psychological safety, inclusive employment, and mental health at work.
