Quality Policy
Our quality policy outlines our commitment to meeting customer needs, delivering professional services and continually improving how we work.
MCBI | ISO 9001:2026
1. Purpose
MCBI has established this quality policy, consistent with the purpose and context of our organisation, reflecting our commitment to meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and continually improve as an organisational development consultancy. This policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing our quality objectives.
2. Our services
We are committed to delivering high-impact, professional services across our four core pillars:
Workforce Consulting and Development: designing and implementing strategic workforce solutions for business and government.
Workshops and Training (delivered by MCBI): designing and delivering our own tailored workshops, learning experiences and organisational development programs.
PECB Certification Courses (resold): providing access, as a PECB reseller, to PECB's internationally recognised certification programs, which participants complete independently through PECB's self-paced online platform.
Grant and Tender Strategy and Management: providing expert guidance and management for state and federal funding opportunities.
3. Our commitments
Requirements: we are committed to satisfying all applicable customer, regulatory and legislative requirements.
Continual improvement: we are committed to the continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance organisational performance and service delivery.
4. Quality management principles
Customer Focus: understanding current and future customer needs, meeting their requirements, and striving to exceed their expectations across all consultancy and training services.
Leadership: our CEO is committed to creating and maintaining a collaborative environment where all staff are fully involved in achieving our quality objectives.
Engagement of People: our people are the essence of MCBI; their full involvement lets their unique abilities and insights be used for the benefit of our clients.
Process Approach: we manage our activities, from workshop delivery to tender management, as a series of interconnected processes to achieve results more efficiently.
Evidence-based Decision Making: decisions on our QMS and strategic direction are made after a thorough analysis of relevant data and performance information.
Relationship Management: we value our mutually beneficial relationships with external providers, such as PECB and community partners, which enhance our ability to create value.
5. Social and environmental responsibility
MCBI is committed to meeting the requirements of all interested parties and to addressing our social, environmental, charitable, regulatory and legislative responsibilities within the Australian community.
6. Availability and communication
This policy is available to all interested parties and the wider community through publication on our website and intranet. Detailed quality objectives relating to this policy are held in the document Quality Objectives & Business Performance KPIs.
