Director of Human Capital

With a career spanning over 30 years, Tiffany has a wealth of experience working across diverse industries such as Information Technology, Building & Construction, Medical, Planning, Point of Sales, Finance, ISP, Professional Services.

As Director of Human Capital Services, Tiffany is responsible for promoting and expanding the HCS division of MCBI who provide external training, professional mentoring, bespoke training and accredited global training.

Tiffany here to help develop individuals, teams, and organisations to be their very best and most productive.

John Woodward

Strategic Advisor, Consultant and Programme Manager

John Woodward is a highly sought-after ICT and Programme Specialist with sector knowledge across public health, insurance and the utilities sector.

With 20+ years of experience, John’s expertise reaches into project governance, risk and he is known for creating tangible business value through the delivery of great projects.

John is a well-regarded strategic adviser to MCBI and contributes to the strategic direction and success of the firm whilst also maintaining Board roles with The Hospital Research Foundation and Statewide Superannuation.

Laura Mabikafola

Strategic Advisor

With 22 years in the people industry (organisational development, HR and recruitment), Laura has added insight to her passion in working with leaders and businesses. Managing and leading local firms through to being part of global leadership teams, Laura has worked with entrepreneurs, SME’s, large corporates and ASX listed organisations. Her knowledge of people, performance and creating high performance cultures helps to evolve the unique and progressive direction of MCBI.

Rupesh Batra

Strategic Advisor – MCBI

Results oriented professional with an exceptional record running mid to large size organisations within Australia and beyond. Rupesh excels in providing focused analysis, strategic thinking, change management expertise and practical execution advice. Change agent who revitalises teams through strong leadership, encouraging professional accountability and supporting staff development. Possesses strong business acumen and helps shape the strategic direction and growth of MCBI.

Marina Pullin

Managing Director – MCBI

‘All I wanted to do was build a business where I wanted to work at’. After working at a number of large international companies, Marina left the relative security of a high paying senior role to establish the progressive firm MCBI.

Marina is a sought after international professional speaker, management consultant and technologist with a vast array of skills and industry experience.  Known for her system based thinking and keen commercial approach, Marina continues to work part time with clients to help produce great and progressive global solutions. She hold patents in customer satisfaction and is a University lecturer in Innovation.

Jonathan Collard

Lead Developer

With a BSc in Mathematics and Computing from Coventry University in the UK, Jonathan is the Lead Developer of the Solution Delivery stream at MCBI.

He produces quality software solutions, as well as consultancy and specialist advice to help businesses develop and deploy systems and improve performance.

His strong logical and analytical skills allow him to thrive in the software industry. As an ex-pat he is still unsure of who to support in the Ashes.

Abel Lafaele

Project Officer

A Post Graduate in Accounting from Flinders University, Abel endeavors to provide the highest quality service and accountability to clients.

Abel is a project officer at MCBI. He provides support for the many and varied projects that MCBI engages in. He helps manage out systems to allow our team to excel and delivery meaningful outcomes to our clients.

Derek Spencer

Developer and Data Management

With 15+ years of experience in the information technology industry, Derek brings a wealth of experience in the design of high performing databases and technology solutions for clients.

Derek works with MCBI clients to determine the best solution for their needs and has a variety of experience including finance, manufacturing, government and not for profits. Passionate about quality and data standards, Derek will lead our team to build an exceptional solution that will enhance your productivity and provide a quality solution using the latest and proven components.

Janet Bannister

Senior Business Architect

Having worked across a wide variety of organisations in the UK and Australia as architect and business analyst, Janet has a wealth of experience in project roles stretching back many years

Janet is a Business Architect at MCBI and works in the Solution Delivery team to ensure that clients create and implement efficient, customer focused processes, whatever software solution is chosen.

Janet holds the CBAP® certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis. She was the first business analyst in South Australia to obtain this qualification, in 2010.

Renee Jellese

Senior Business Analyst

An extremely accomplished and well regarded senior business analyst and change agent, Renee supports clients to create tangible business change through great design and process improvement. She brings with her a crossover of global skills including process improvement, SDLC, Lean Six Sigma and project management. Renee’s ability to produce outstanding requirements has directly led to the success of a number of complex projects in sectors including finance, government, ICT and social welfare. Renee, like many of the team at MCBI, has a discerning taste when it comes to high quality chocolate.

Lance Camilleri

Release Manager

A highly qualified Information Technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, complex integration and software implementation projects. Large scale organisations across the Asia-Pacific region, primarily in the telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and public sectors. His roles have spanned the entire Software Development Life Cycle ranging from technical analyst to technical project manager with project size and complexity ranging from small custom developments to highly complex, multi-vendor, multi-product implementations with project costs ranging in excess of $100 million. A fantastic people person will the skills and techniques to get the job done.

Jodie Graeber

Consultant and Senior Business Analyst

Jodie is a highly skilled and versatile professional with experience as a Change & Project Manager, Process Re-Engineering Specialist, Business Analyst, and Accountant.

Known for her tenacious and ‘systems’ approach to solving complex problems whilst still being able to support stakeholders of all types, Jodie is the go-to person for business improvement.

She also has exceptional taste in fine chocolate.

Sean Roddy

Project Officer

Recently graduating with an Advanced Leadership Bachelor of Business, Sean is a driven individual with a keen focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Sean coordinates MCBI’s training solutions to deliver quality and value to organizations and individuals. He helps provide our students with skills, techniques, knowledge and understanding which they can apply in their organization to improve project performance and outcomes.

Kathy Berkidge

Agile Coach, Consultant and Trainer

Kathy is a qualified and energetic Agile Instructor with an extensive background in Agile both as a trainer and as project team participant

Her professional roles have ranged from business analysis, process improvement and project lead positions, and brings with her practical and relevant workplace knowledge. She is passionate about seeing teams thrive and succeed using agile techniques.

Asela Attanayake

Testing Lead (Part Time)

An experienced ISEB, ISTQB, Dynamics CRM, MS SQL and SharePoint certified software quality assurance lead test analyst with experience in on QA leadership and testing background.

Asela has an outstanding career track record of 12 years of rigorous experience in test planning, functional and non-functional test execution, process and project auditing, Agile (SCRUM) & waterfall methodologies and project QA delivery.

He brings global insight into testing and the value of producing a strategic view of how this important phase will impact the value delivered  by a project.

Jeanette Findlay

Jeanette is a highly adaptable, committed Business and IT Consultant who enjoys working collaboratively whilst applying her analytical, testing and program delivery skills.  She has gained extensive experience in the areas of project and program management, business analysis, test management, BPR (Business Process Reengineering), change management and leadership of operational change. Her broad experience and dynamic skill set is sought after by clients looking to grow and transform their business through their people, process and technology.
