Express Change Management

Date(s) - 01/08/2018
9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Course Overview

The express Change Management course has been specifically developed to explain the issues associated with change management in the Australian workplace and to open students to new ideas and concepts when considering ‘change’.

The aim of the course is to present the theory but primarily geared towards explaining how the application of change impacts an organisation.

The tools and templates that are provided as a part of the course are offered to help those people involved with change efforts to become more successful, more focussed and better able to produce the benefits of the change.

As Drucker says;

the ‘thinking of  yesterday’ will only cause trouble for our strategies and business success, unless we find new ways of approaching change. This course is all about the approach and focussing on success.
