Course Overview

 

The key elements of the Scrum framework will be explained during this 1-day workshop. This will cover the roles, events and artifacts of Scrum along with the theory upon which it is based which covers the concepts of transparency, inspection and adaption.

The workshop will provide  participants a fundamental overview of the Scrum Framework, focusing on delivery and how to apply it. The resulting outcome from the day will be an increased understanding of how to structure your projects as well as the specific roles, tools and practices of Scrum.
