The key elements of the Scrum framework will be explained during this 1-day workshop. This will cover the roles, events and artifacts of Scrum along with the theory upon which it is based which covers the concepts of transparency, inspection and adaption.
The workshop will provide participants a fundamental overview of the Scrum Framework, focusing on delivery and how to apply it. The resulting outcome from the day will be an increased understanding of how to structure your projects as well as the specific roles, tools and practices of Scrum.

Kathy Berkidge is a qualified and energetic Agile Instructor with an extensive background in Agile both as a trainer and as project team participant.
Prior to becoming a corporate trainer, Kathy worked in a number of training and business analyst focused roles supporting training development, application delivery and Agile initiatives.
Her professional roles have ranged from business analysis, process improvement and project lead positions, and brings with her practical and relevant workplace knowledge. She is passionate about seeing teams thrive and succeed using agile techniques.
