#60MOC Forward Thinking Executive Lunch – The Human Capital Report for SA – How well are you valuing your biggest asset?

Date(s) - 03/11/2017
12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Throughout 2017 MCBI has been researching how well organisations are using their human capital, or people, to develop agility, market resiliency and successfully build a bright future.
Through a series of interviews, workshops and surveys our team have delivered a fascinating insight into the trends, challenges and strategies being taken by a number of Australian organisations.

Over 100 business leaders have been interviewed and the results are now ready to share.

The survey posed a number of challenging questions and scenarios to the leaders to reflect and then answer.
How well are you training your team? Do you have a multi-generational plan? How effectively are you using staff engagement as a management insight? What is the ideal staff turnover? What is your Employment Experience strategy?

“If one is master of one thing and understands one thing well, one has at the same time, insight into and understanding of many things.” – Vincent Van Gogh

The research report is an overview on the changing role of leadership, development of people and how our Australian organisations are placed to become world leaders in building resilient, agile and well run organisation.
If you would like to be involved in the report then please contact Tiffany Boin. Participation is free and all respondents will receive a copy of the research with recommendations.
